today was 50 degrees outside and sunny! such an awesome day to get after a long winter. I went outside and took a picture of my cactus... its had a long hard winter and is still hanging in there. He started about 3yrs ago as just one leaf. (i received from my neighbor ) and since then he has grown quite lovely.. he looks sad and limp now. but come summer he will be up and blooming :)

I hope cactus get's all plumped up in the summer. My cactus lasted about 4 years in a tiny pot... hard to find space in a tiny room. =(
Oh, those cacti are so cool. You'll have to be sure to post pictures when it blooms. :)
